Shades of Yoga training takes yoga beyond the mat, exploring all
aspects of living a life of balance and harmony. Guest lecturers and
teachers are often invited to share their wisdom with our students to
further enhance their learning experience.
On many of our courses, we incorporate a “Yoga of Food” element. This is led by fully qualified Ayurvedic doctors that share with our students their wealth of knowledge and experience on how to incorporate yoga and Ayurvedic philosophy into their daily lives. Occasionally we invite guest lecturers and experts in the fields of food and nutrition in to share their knowledge with our students.
